Yes. For the most part we can accommodate you with a specific time and day as long as it is during normal business hours. On some instances we may be able to accommodate weekends as well but will depend on our cleaners availability. The more time you give us to plan the easier to fit your schedule. Typically, an initial deep clean takes longer and utilizes a bigger team so a few days of advance notice is ideal.

No, you are not required to be present during the cleaning as long as you can provide us with access into your home or office. We are fully insured, so rest assured that we will treat your home or business with attention and care.

No. When you hire us to clean your home or business, our team will arrive fully prepared to get the job done. If you require us to use a specific cleaning product that you prefer for certain cleaning tasks you may provide it to us.

Before our team arrives, we ask that you put away most of your personal items. This allows our team to be more efficient.

Our pricing is a little bit of science and a little bit of art, which is why we prefer to meet in order to make sure we are a fit for you and also to walkthrough and understand your needs. Every home, office, or facility is different. This means we have to take all the unique aspects of each property into account. We'll look at the square footage and number of rooms in your home or building when giving you an estimate on your cleaning service. Basic calculations are based off of an hourly labor rate and a production rate per hour, which is the amount of work or square footage one person can clean in about a hour. We come up with a fixed price so that no matter what we come across during the service that may extend the time we anticipated your price is your price.

First, we clean. We want you to be happy with the service. Once your cleaning is complete, you can pay by cash, check, or payment app. We try to avoid credit card fees as we prefer to pass on to our hard working cleaners.
